Year 6 had a busy and very wet day at Whitehough Outdoor Centre! They took on some exciting high activities and challenges, showing great bravery and teamwork. The rain didn’t stop the fun! A big thank you to our staff and the Whitehough team for a fantastic day! 
A huge thank you to our amazing Year 6 children and staff for a fantastic Leavers Disco! It was one full of dancing, food, and laughter. As we celebrate all your hard work this year, it was lovely to see everyone having fun before your final week.
A big thank you to everyone from Yr3, Yr4 and Yr5 who came to our Summer Disco! It was fantastic to see the children enjoying the games, spending time with friends, and dancing as we head into the final week of school. We hope you all had a blast!
Huge congratulations to our Yr3/4 Quad Kids Athletics team for winning a fantastic gold medal at the Burnley School Sport Partnership competition today! A huge well done to SP and I-JH for winning 3rd in the individual scores too. A big thank you to Mr Pope and Mr Cosgrove for organising the team, and to all the parents for your amazing support!
Today, our amazing Year 5 Guardian Angels helped make Rosegrove Infant School’ Sports Day a huge success! They lent a hand at various events, showing fantastic teamwork and kindness. A big thank you to everyone involved for creating such a fun morning!
Congratulations to our fantastic Year 6 children who graduated from Lancashire Children’s University this afternoon! This achievement celebrates all the activities they've experienced outside of the school day. We are so proud of you all!
We are so proud to share that our Yr5/6 QUAD Kids Athletics team has secured an amazing 2nd place at the Burnley School Sport Partnership event!
Teamwork was needed as they worked through 600m, 75m, relays, vortex throw, chest push and long jump. A big congratulations to all team members for their fantastic effort!
Well done to our amazing Year 5/6 football team for their fantastic performance in the Burnley School Sport Partnership Johnson Trophy Final! The match ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw, leading to a tense penalty shootout. Although just missing out, the team showed our value of "resilience" to come so close. 
Thank you to Mr Cosgrove for all his hard work with the boys and to our supportive families. Your encouragement means the world!

This morning, Year 4 Rowan took part in a fun "Under the Sea" UV Art activity, organised by Rosegrove Neighbourhood Watch. The children coloured their own sea creatures, which will be part of an Art Exhibition. Thank you to Rosegrove Neighbourhood Watch for making this event possible. We can't wait to see their artwork on display! 
It's brilliant to walk around school and see the displays of amazing writing from our children! From stories to warrior speeches, they are truly shining as they focus on their writing skills and handwriting.
We are excited to share that Year 6 have had a brilliant start to their London trip with a visit to the Natural History Museum! Their day continues to be just as busy with amazing things planned.
